Q: How can I become an authorized dealer?
We are thrilled about your interest in becoming an authorized dealer of Guardaplex products. The first step in the process is to fill out the form to the right. Once filled out, we will contact you to schedule a personal meeting and discuss your eligibility and engagement.

Q: What type of investment do I need to make to become an authorized dealer?
Each dealer has a different set of circumstances. This is why we schedule a personal meeting with you. Once we know what level of engagement you are comfortable with, we develop a dealership package to fit your goals.
PARTNERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting the application form you represent that your business is a valid business entity and that you are an authorized representative of the business with authority to enter into contractual agreements.
You hereby agree to the terms of sale listed on each GUARDAPLEX invoice and GUARDAPLEX’s standard Terms and Conditions. Invoices and account statements will be provided by email to the designated contact. In case of a credit sale, you acknowledge that GUARDAPLEX will charge a finance fee of one and one-half percent per each thirty day period, or part thereof, for any invoice that is past due. You further acknowledge that GUARDAPLEX offsets amount due to GUARDAPLEX with any other amount owed to you by GUARDAPLEX.
To induce GUARDAPLEX to extend credit for the purchase of GUARDAPLEX’s products(“Products”) and other good and valuable consideration, you hereby convey, grant and transfer to GUARDAPLEX a purchase money security interest in the Products and all proceeds until you perform all your obligations due to GUARDAPLEX.
You agree to execute any financing statements that GUARDAPLEX may request in order to protect GUARDAPLEX’s security interest and hereby authorize GUARDAPLEX to execute and irrevocably appoint GUARDAPLEX as your attorney in fact for the execution of such financing statements and the exercise of its remedies as a secured party.
On behalf of your business, you certify that all information provided in this application is complete and accurate, and you authorize GUARDAPLEX to obtain information about you personally and your business from credit reporting agencies and other sources GUARDAPLEX deems appropriate in considering this application or in receiving or collecting the account.
You agree that your transactions with GUARDAPLEX shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to its conflicts of laws principals. You further agree that any lawsuit between GUARDAPLEX and yourselves shall be brought only in the state or federal courts of Orange County of Florida. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for any dispute with GUARDAPLEX and you waive any objections to venue being in such courts.
You hereby agree to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees.
